Student Employment Exams
The module “Employment Exams”
enable you to maintain the students’ third party exams details which help the
students to get the jobs.
In this module you’ll find the
no. of forms to manage the employment exams. Using this you can create any no.
of employment exams and also can create any no. of papers under any specific
exams.
You can find the “Employment
Exams” module under the menu “Examination”. This module contains the following forms:
1.
Create Employment
Exams
a.
This form
will allow you to create any no. of employment exams. In which later you can
manage the status of the student as per their result in the exam.
b.
In this
form you can fill the details as per your requirement. Like the title of the
exam e.g. AMCAT etc. And if this exam contains some paper also, then you can
select the “Have Paper(s)” to “Yes” otherwise leave it to “No”.
c.
In case if the exam does not contains any exam paper,
then you are required to define the marking details of the exam at the time of
exam details creation. Or in other case where the exam contains papers, you do
not need to define the marking details. As it will be applicable on exam
papers.

Later you
can enter the exam description, if required

Once you
have filled all these details, you can click on the “Submit” button to submit
the Employment Exam Details.
g.
Once the details
have been submitted successfully, these details will be available in the grid
at the bottom of the page. Every record contains the “Edit” and “Remove” link,
you can use these link at any time to edit the details of the exam or to remove
the existing exam respectively.
2.
Add Exam
Papers
a.
This form
will allow you to add the exam papers under any specific exam selected by you.
b.
You can create
any no. of exam papers under the selected exam.

Once you
have added the exam papers, this will be available in the grid at the bottom of
the page, which you can later modify it by using the “Edit” link or can remove
it by the “Remove” link, if required.
3.
Add Exam
Dates
a.
This form
will allow you to add the date of the exams in particular academic session. You
can create as many as you want exam dates in single academic session for the
selected exam/exam paper.
b.
As per the
above form, you can fill the details and can add the “Exam Dates”. Later you
can submit the student exam status for different exam dates.
4.
Submit Exam
Status
a.
This form
will allow you to submit the exam status on the particular exam date for the
students.
b.
In this
form, you can select the exam details like Exam, paper, exam date for which you
want to submit the status of the students. Later in the next section i.e. “Search
Student”, you can either find the single student by entering his/her roll no. or
you can search as many as students you want depending upon the filters
available in search students section.

Once the
students are available, you can enter the required details for the selected
exam/exam paper. Like Exam Roll No., Marks Obtain, AIR (All India Rank),
Category Rank, Grade, National Percentile.

After
entering these details, you can select the single or multiple students from the
grid, whose details you want to submit it.
f.
Select these
students and click on the “Submit” button to submit their employment exam
status for selected exam date.
5.
Import Exam
Status
a.
Same as the
above procedure i.e. “Submit Exam Status”, which you have done by manually
searching the students and entering the each and every detail to submit their
exam status.
b.
You can use
the excel utility to import the student exam status directly from the excel
sheet at once, instead of filling the details of each and every students.
c.
d.
In the above
form, you’ll find the predefined excel format available for download. You can
download the template and can fill all the details of student exam status as per
the excel template defined in above form.

Once you
have completed your excel file, you can upload it back and can select the exam
details for which you are going to update the student employment exam status.

Select the
students from the grid and click on the “Save Selection”.
h.
This will update
the student exam status for the selected exam date.
6.
Exam Report
a.
This form
will allow you to check the student exam status for different exam dates and
exam papers.

In the above
form you can select the filters as per your requirement to view the student
exam status.
d.
This form
will show the student exam status in grid as well as graphical chart format.

7.
Student
Employment Exam Status
a.
This report
will allow you to view the all exam status for the particular student. Using
this you can view all the exams attended by the selected student during his/her
academic period.
